1. TERMS USED

  • 1.1 Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person
  • 1.2 Processing – any operation or set of operations carried out using Personal Data or sets of Personal Data.
  • 1.3 Data Subject – the natural person whose Personal Data is processed.

  • 3.2. To be informed about the personal data we process.
  • 3.3. To have your personal data rectified or supplemented, or to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected.
  • 3.4. Request the destruction of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • 3.5 Request the destruction of personal data if it is processed unlawfully or where you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, or where you do not give such consent, which is necessary.
  • 3.6. To object to the processing of your personal data or to withdraw your prior consent.
  • 3.7. to request the suspension (other than storage) of the processing of your personal data in the event of disputes or to verify the lawfulness of the processing, the accuracy of the data, or where we no longer need your personal data, but you do not want us to delete it.
  • 3.8 Request that, where technically feasible, your personal data collected pursuant to your consent or for the performance of a contract be made available to you in an easily readable format or that you request that it be transferred to another data controller.   • 8.2. UAB „Mediafrontas“ turi teisę iš dalies ar visiškai pakeisti Privatumo sąlygas apie tai pranešdami e-parduotuvėje. Tolimesnis naudojimasis mūsų tinklapio paslaugomis reiškia šių taisyklių laikymąsi. Visi iškilę nesutarimai ir ginčai sprendžiami derybų būdu. Nepavykus susitarti, ginčai sprendžiami pagal LR įstatymus.
