Warranty service

1. During the warranty period, the buyer has the right to free repair or replacement of the mobile equipment.

2. Guaranteed service is provided only upon presentation of the purchased Smartspot.lt mobile equipment invoice and warranty receipt with a valid IMEI/Serial number.

3. For guaranteed service, mobile equipment must be provided in secure packaging.

4. Guaranteed service is provided free of charge only during the specified warranty period.

5. Guaranteed servicing will not be provided for free if malfunctions caused by:

• Mechanical damage, demolition marks.

• Non-authorised repairs.

• Phone batteries are considered a used part and are not covered by warranty.

• Operation under unsuitable environmental conditions.

• Foreign objects, materials, liquids and other antibodies.

• Natural disasters, fire, as well as household factors.

• Electricity supply (for batteries), telecoms networks (mobile technology is compatible in all EU countries) that do not meet national standards.

• Use of uncertified software (ROOT, Jailbreak), as well as viruses and other unauthorised software/programmes.

• Misuse of mobile equipment.

6. The warranty does not apply to software and information stored on mobile storage devices. We recommend that you make a copy of the information and keep it up to date.

7. The free after-sales service does not apply if the external screws, moisture stickers (on the inside of each mobile device) are damaged.

For software maintenance and post-warranty repairs, the buyer can contact the Smartspot.lt team personally.

8. When picking up the product at the order pick-up point (Žemaitės 22, Vilnius), please make sure that it is undamaged, complete and in the right condition (the condition of the equipment is specified separately for each device). When you receive your order from the courier, please pay attention to the outer packaging – if you suspect that the packaging is damaged – . Please note any discrepancies in the acceptance document and draw up a report in the presence of the courier or Smartspot.lt representative. If the product is defective after you have signed the handover acceptance document, we cannot be held liable for damage to the product or the packaging or for incorrect assembly. In this case, the quality guarantee will only apply in the case of manufacturing defects
